You can learn most of what matters about a towing company from how customers describe it. Ours name people. Ronald. Jason. Jay. Larry. They talk about a driver who stayed until a family was safe, one who stopped for a stranded car without being called, and one who took extra care loading a vehicle that sat lower than most.

That's the company. Not a fleet number, not a slogan — individual drivers doing the job properly at hours when it would be easier not to. We're not trying to look like a nationwide corporation, because being a local operation with a human reputation is the stronger position.

We answer the phone at 4 AM. We take calls on interstates where the shoulder is narrow and the traffic doesn't slow down. We tow cars to shops, dealerships and driveways, deliver fuel, change tires, jump batteries and open locked doors.

We also tell customers what we don't know. We don't quote arrival times we can't honor, and we don't publish flat rates that wouldn't be honest for a specific situation. If a job isn't something we handle, we say so instead of taking it.
